The Sunsphere was the centerpiece of the 1982 World's Fair, it is a 266-feet tall and made from steel.  There ar 5 levels of reflective bronze-coated glass windows in the shape of a sphere that cap this tower. 

There is a revolving restaurant and observation decks at the top.  The sphere consumes a volume of 203,689 cubic feet and has a surface area of 16,742 square feet.
